Advancing Operational Readiness for a Malawian Rare Earths Project

VBKOM conducted a structured mining study to develop and assess the technical basis for the next stage of project decision-making, considering the rare earths context, the project setting in Malawi.

The assignment was structured around the required technical activities, with available information reviewed, assessed and consolidated into outputs appropriate to the project objectives.

All technical activities and deliverables were coordinated to support a consistent approach and remain aligned with the project objectives. The resulting work brought together the required analysis, documentation and communication in a clear and structured manner. This provided the client with a practical basis for reviewing the findings, making informed decisions and progressing the project into its next stage.
