VBKOM was contracted to provide specialist project support and technical advisory services to assist in the development of this large-scale gold project. Bridging the gap between exploration and feasibility by offering independent technical reviews and project management expertise to ensure the project met international reporting standards, with emphasis on robust technical analysis, stakeholder engagement, and decision support.

Key activities and outputs included the delivery of a Technical Due Diligence, the provision of independent reviews and assessments of the project's geological and engineering data to support investment decisions, and a Project Management Framework.

Project-specific conditions associated with Gold mining in Cote d'Ivoire, were incorporated into the technical approach, ensuring that the assessment remained grounded in the realities of the operation and its study environment.
