This engagement focused on exploration site reporting in a structured, standardised, uniform and consistent format.

The work programme incorporated the key activities and outputs identified for the assignment, including Project support in areas of operation, such as meeting administration, scheduling.

Technical activities were undertaken with specific consideration for the Iron Ore Surface Mining environment in South Africa. This ensured that the assessment reflected the conditions, constraints and project-specific factors relevant to the work.

The work was coordinated to maintain consistency across the technical inputs, activities and outputs, while keeping the assignment aligned with the agreed project objective and intended use of the results. The final scope therefore combined technical analysis with clear documentation and structured communication, providing the client with a practical, reviewable basis for progressing the project or the next stage of work. Where information required interpretation, the available data and existing project material were considered together to support a proportionate and technically grounded response.
