The technical workstreams were aligned with the requirements of the assignment, allowing the available data and supporting information to be consolidated into coherent project outputs. This included Survey Works, Geophysical Studies, Geological Investigations, Mining Plan Development and Equipment Study, Processing and Infrastructure Designs, Safety and Risk Management, Sustainability and Environmental Management, Dewatering System, as well as Project Management and Support.
The approach was developed around the specific requirements of Coal Surface Mining in Nigeria, ensuring that the project-specific operating and study environment remained central to the assessment.
Throughout the assignment, the technical work was coordinated to ensure consistency between the project inputs, analyses and deliverables. Activities were undertaken with the agreed project objectives and future requirements in mind, ensuring that the outputs remained relevant and usable. The final documentation brought the technical findings together in a structured format, providing the client with a clear foundation for review, decision-making and progression into subsequent phases of work.
