Finding Production Efficiencies at a Copper–Cobalt Mine

The client needed to improve their production efficiencies at an existing copper / cobalt mine in the DRC.

The work programme incorporated the key activities and outputs identified for the assignment, including Investigating the current conditions (on site) and providing recommendations on possible improvements.

The assessment was undertaken within the specific context of a Cobalt & Copper Surface Mining project in the DRC, allowing the technical work to reflect the project's operating environment, study requirements and intended outcomes.

The work was coordinated to maintain consistency across the technical inputs, activities and outputs, while keeping the assignment aligned with the agreed project objective and intended use of the results. The final scope therefore combined technical analysis with clear documentation and structured communication, providing the client with a practical, reviewable basis for progressing the project or the next stage of work.
