The client requested VBKOM to prepare a SAMREC-compliant Resources and Reserves report that aligned with the South African reporting code and supporting technical standards.

The CPR was prepared according to the guidelines presented in the South African Code for the Reporting of Exploring Results, Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves (the SAMREC Code 2009).

The work programme brought together the technical activities required to address the assignment and translate the available information into practical project outputs.

The approach was developed around the specific requirements of Vanadium Surface Mining in South Africa, ensuring that the technical assessment remained relevant to the project's operating conditions and study objectives.

Technical inputs, assessments and deliverables were coordinated throughout the assignment to maintain consistency and alignment with the defined project objectives. The work was undertaken with due consideration for the intended application of the results, with findings captured through structured and traceable documentation. Collectively, the completed outputs provided a coherent technical basis for client review and supported informed consideration of subsequent project activities, decisions and development requirements.
