This engagement focused on review and training on the client's existing STP L&H Model.

The work was planned around the key technical requirements of the assignment, integrating the available information to produce clear and usable project deliverables.

Consideration was given to the specific operating environment associated with Copper Surface Mining in Zambia, allowing the technical work to reflect the project's operating environment, study requirements and intended outcomes.

All technical activities and deliverables were coordinated to support a consistent approach and remain aligned with the project objectives. The resulting work brought together the required analysis, documentation and communication in a clear and structured manner. This provided the client with a practical basis for reviewing the findings, making informed decisions and progressing the project into its next stage.
