Testing the Case for Hybrid Manganese Mining

Presenting the rationale for the previously recommended Hybrid Mining Method and consider the merit of an underground mining method only on a qualitative high level. The work programme incorporated the key activities and outputs identified for the assignment, including collating historic information on a hybrid mining method, and conducting Qualitative analysis of an underground only mining method.

The technical approach was applied within the context of Manganese Hybrid mining in South Africa, ensuring that the project-specific operating and study environment remained central to the assessment. The work was coordinated to maintain consistency across the technical inputs, activities and outputs, while keeping the assignment aligned with the agreed project objective and intended use of the results.

The final scope therefore combined technical analysis with clear documentation and structured communication, providing the client with a practical, reviewable basis for progressing the project or the next stage of work.
