The scope of work was to provide a depleted the Long Term Plan (LTP).

The work programme incorporated the key activities and outputs identified for the assignment, including tonnages and qualities for monthly mining blocks over a 2 year period.

The technical approach was applied within the context of Fluorspar Surface Mining in South Africa, ensuring that the project-specific operating and study environment remained central to the assessment. The work was coordinated to maintain consistency across the technical inputs, activities and outputs, while keeping the assignment aligned with the agreed project objective and intended use of the results.

The final scope therefore combined technical analysis with clear documentation and structured communication, providing the client with a practical, reviewable basis for progressing the project or the next stage of work. Where information required interpretation, the available data and existing project material were considered together to support a proportionate and technically grounded response.
