The processes and structures used for Project Support have been successfully implemented in certain areas of operations (meeting administration, scheduling etc), with an operational twist added to the services for a customised solution for the unique Geoscience environment.

Reporting is generated for each exploration site and project in a structured, standardised, uniform and consistent format.

Different levels of reporting are communicated at the appropriate level of detail as per managerial / supervisory requirements.
